1. Fill in an intake form to help me understand your goals, and any other challenges that may have come up for you in the past.
2. We get on a call to clarify your goals and discuss how I can support you.
3. We find your perfect training plan fit based on your experience, goals and schedule.
4. We complete your onboarding, arrange access to your app, and start!
Week 1: Understanding your lifestyle and baseline e.g. your exercise routine, activity levels, and nutrition. Taking a snap shot of meaningful metrics.
Weeks 2-4: Trying your personalized workout routine and nutrition plan. Building strength and skills to move towards your goal.
Weeks 5-6: Mid-program check-in on alignment with goals, addressing challenges, and optimizing your plan. This check-point helps you refocus on your goal and take action for better consistency and satisfaction.
Weeks 7-8: Building your confidence and competence on the exercise or nutrition skills in the previous weeks.
Weeks 9-12: Making progress with greater ease. By this time, you will be more independent with some of your nutrition or exercise skills. Friction will reduce. Your program continues to adapt to your needs and progress to work towards your goals.
